SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

JAYA Accounting & Consulting Services, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders and service notifications to clients who have opted in. Messages are sent on a one-to-one basis and are not automated bulk marketing messages.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from JAYA ACS by providing your mobile phone number through our online scheduling page and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Appointment confirmation texts
• Appointment reminder texts sent before your scheduled appointment
• Follow-up or rescheduling notifications
• Responses to your direct inquiries via text

We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages through this program.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You can generally expect approximately 2–3 messages per scheduled appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any necessary follow-up).

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. JAYA ACS is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

8. Data Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any purpose, including marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms
