Dan is a CPA and an IRS Enrolled Agent, which means he can represent clients before the IRS. He leads all tax, accounting, and advisory work at JAYA.

Dan believes good financial advice should be clear, patient and personal. He works with families raising children with special needs, adults planning for independence, the providers who serve them, and nonprofits, in English or Spanish. His goal is simple: every client should understand their numbers, know their next step and feel they have someone in their corner.

Fini is a cybersecurity analyst with a degree in cybersecurity and more than five years of experience protecting the systems and data of a Fortune 100 company. That work meant defending a large enterprise against constantly changing threats, and Fini now brings the same expertise to JAYA, where the focus is helping small businesses guard against cyberattacks.

Small businesses face many of the same threats as large corporations, usually with fewer resources to fight them. Fini closes that gap by pairing enterprise-level security knowledge with practical advice that fits a small business. Fini holds industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA Security+, GIAC GSEC, GIAC GCED, and GIAC GCLD, and keeps learning to stay ahead of new threats.

Fini is also committed to teaching. Beyond securing systems, Fini works to give small business owners and their teams the knowledge and habits they need to keep their information protected. The goal is clear: every business Fini works with should feel confident, prepared and secure.
